Defective or Wrong Items
We strive to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will be happy to either replace the item or issue a refund.
